Resumption of Union Station-Airport Express Train Service

Operation of the UP Express (UP Union Station-Pearson Airport Express Train), which connects downtown Toronto and Pearson Airport in 25 minutes, has been normalized after 10 days of suspension due to a crack in the brake system.

Metrolinx announced that it will resume express train service from the 21st at a price of 15 minutes, 7 days a week.

It has been 10 days since the operation was suspended due to a crack found in the brake system of the train on the 11th.

In the meantime, TTC has increased the number of express bus services between Kipling Station and Pearson Airport.

The UPee Express runs from Union Station every 15 minutes from 4:55 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily. At Pearson Airport, you can board from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm.

The fare is $12.35 one-way for adults and $24.7 round-trip.
