Toronto police have charged a 13-year-old boy who allegedly used a toy gun to steal money from a fellow student in a school bathroom.<\/p>\n
The incident occurred on the afternoon of the 17th at Rano Middle School near Etobiko Browns Line\/Evans Avenue.<\/p>\n
